Texas Chicken Enchiladas'6 or 8 pieces of cooked chicken cut in bite sizes
1 5oz can evaporated milk 1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup 1 Medium Onion chopped 1/2 lb. grated cheddar cheese 1 Can Rotel Tomatoes 1 small can Green Chilies chopped 1 bag Nacho Doritos chips Grease 9 x 13 pan Crush chips slightly and spread on botton of pan. Mix the rest of the ingredients and pour over chips. Can be frozen before cooking, just defrost and bake. Bake 350 45 minutes. |
