No Cook Spinach Lasagna
1 16oz No cook Noodles
2 packages chopped Frozen Spinach
3 16oz cans Tomato Sauce
1 8oz can Tomato Paste
1 package Spaghetti Sauce
2 lbs. Cottage Cheese small curd
1 large container Ricotta Cheese
1 Egg
1 lbs. Mozzarella Cheese grated
1/2 lbs. Parmesan Cheese grated
Defrost spinach and drain well. Mix spinach, cottage cheese, ricotta cheese, parmesan cheese, and egg. Keep separate. Mix tomato sauce, tomato paste, and spaghetti sauce. Assemble layers in 15 x 10 pan: Uncooked Noodles, tomato sauce, cheese filling, mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers. Top with sauce and mozzarella chesse. Cover with foil.
Bake 350 for 1 1/2 hours. Let set 30 minutes before serving.
