18oz Tomato Juice 2 Cups Beef Broth 1 1/2 Cups Green Pepper chopped 1 Medium Tomato peeled and chopped 3/4 Cup Onion chopped (I use white or green onions with the tops) 1 English Cucumber seeded and diced 1/2 Cup Lemon Juice 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil 1 Tablespoon Paprika 1 Clove Garlic minced, 1 Teaspoon Salt, 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper Combine and chill.
