Beef Stew

2 lbs. Stew Meat cut in bite size pieces
1/2 Cup Flour
2 Teaspoons Salt
2 Teaspoons Pepper
2 Large Onions rough chopped
5 Carrots chopped
4 Large Potatoes cubed
1 16oz Can Chopped Tomatoes
1 16oz Tomato Juice
Mix flour, salt, and pepper together. Take stew meat and toss in flou mixture. In a large stew pot heat some vegtable oil, add seasoned meat and brown on all sides. Add water to cover meat and cook until tender about 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Add onions, carrots, tomatoes, and tomato juice. Cook for another hour then add potatoes and cook until done. Cover to cook. You may need to add water to the meat as it cooks. Total cooking time about 4 hours.
